Things in Place™ is designed to create exactly that. A focused strategic alignment session designed to rapidly align vision, context, ambitions and direction before development, activation or execution starts.

What

Things in Place™ is a strategic alignment session that helps organizations create clarity before moving into growth, branding, activation, innovation or transformation trajectories.

In a focused 4–5 hour session, we collectively map the current reality, strategic ambitions, organizational dynamics and growth opportunities surrounding the project, organization or challenge at hand.

The objective is not endless discussion, but strategic alignment: putting the right things in place before decisions, development and investments accelerate further. Every session is tailored to the context, complexity and ambition of the organization.

Designed for

Things in Place™ is designed for:

  1. organizations entering a new growth phase
  2. leadership teams seeking alignment
  3. brand repositioning trajectories
  4. innovation and concept development
  5. complex stakeholder environments
  6. activation and experiential initiatives
  7. businesses facing strategic fragmentation

Exploring

What we explore

Although every session differs depending on the assignment, Things in Place™ typically explores themes such as:

  • Why are we here?
  • What is currently happening inside the organization, market or brand?
  • What opportunities, tensions or growth barriers exist?
  • What future direction are we trying to create?
  • What should this project ultimately contribute to?
  • What strategic, organizational or activation challenges must be solved?
  • What needs to become clear before moving forward?

Depending on the trajectory, topics may include: brand positioning, organizational alignment, growth strategy, activation logic, stakeholder alignment, proposition development, innovation direction or experiential opportunities.

Objective

Create strategic clarity, alignment and momentum.

By the end of the session, all stakeholders should have:

  • a clearer understanding of the context and challenge
  • shared alignment around direction and priorities
  • sharper visibility on opportunities and bottlenecks
  • a stronger strategic foundation for next steps
  • a more structured briefing for future development

In many cases, the session also reveals underlying organizational, brand or growth dynamics that were previously fragmented or implicit.

The process.
